以后我不再称你们为仆人，因为仆人不知道主人所做的事；但我称你们为朋友，因为我从我父所听见的一切都已经让你们知道了。

耶和华说：“我所要做的事岂可瞒着亚伯拉罕呢？

耶稣到了凯撒利亚‧腓立比的境内，就问门徒：“人们说人子是谁？”

第二天，有一大群上来过节的人听见耶稣要来耶路撒冷，

不是显现给所有的人看，而是显现给神预先所拣选为他作见证的人看，就是我们这些在他从死人中复活以后和他同吃同喝的人。

耶稣回答他们说：“因为天国的奥秘只让你们知道，不让他们知道。

耶稣把十二使徒带到一边，对他们说：“看哪，我们上耶路撒冷去，先知所写的一切事都要成就在人子身上。他将被交给外邦人；他们要戏弄他，凌辱他，向他吐唾沫，并要鞭打他，杀害他；第三天他要复活。”这些事门徒一点也不明白，这话的意思对他们是隐藏的；他们不知道所说的是什么。
