But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning in Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. Having been warned in a dream, he withdrew to the district of Galilee,

And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the Plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my lord:behold now, thy servant hath found favor in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy lovingkindness, which thou hast showed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest evil overtake me, and I die:behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one. Oh let me escape thither( is it not a little one?), and my soul shall live.And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow the city of which thou hast spoken.

Then they cried unto Jehovah in their trouble, And he delivered them out of their distresses,He led them also by a straight way, That they might go to a city of habitation.

But when he thought on these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.

For this God is our God for ever and ever: He will be our guide even unto death.

And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.Now when they were departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I tell thee: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.

Thou wilt guide me with thy counsel, And afterward receive me to glory.

But Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many of this man, how much evil he did to thy saints at Jerusalem:and here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call upon thy name.

They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and see that out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.

Jehovah will keep thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth and for evermore.

And Samuel said, How can I go? if Saul hear it, he will kill me. And Jehovah said, Take a heifer with thee, and say, I am come to sacrifice to Jehovah.

Thus saith Jehovah, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am Jehovah thy God, who teacheth thee to profit, who leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.Oh that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:

But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, saying,

Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, What, doth the Christ come out of Galilee?Hath not the scripture said that the Christ cometh of the seed of David, and from Bethlehem, the village where David was?
