When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream.“ Get up,” he said,“ take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.”

When the Wise Men had left, Joseph had a dream. In the dream an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph.“ Get up!” the angel said.“ Take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you to come back. Herod is going to search for the child. He wants to kill him.”

Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said,“ Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you, for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.”

After the wise men were gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream.“ Get up! Flee to Egypt with the child and his mother,” the angel said.“ Stay there until I tell you to return, because Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.”

夜間有一位天使，打開監門，把他們領出來，說：

彼得清醒過來，說：“現在我確實知道，主差他的天使來，救我脫離希律的手和猶太人所期望的一切。”

世人都在床上打盹，沉睡臨到他們的時候，神用異夢與夜間的異象，

希律見自己被星象家愚弄了，就大怒，於是照著他從星象家所問得的日子，下令把伯利恆和附近地方，兩歲及以下的小孩全都殺死。

後來他們在夢中得著指示不要回到希律那裡去，就從別的路回鄉去了。

和他說話的天使走了之後，他就叫了兩個家僕和侍候他的一個虔誠的士兵來，

希律死後，在埃及，主的使者在夢中向約瑟顯現，說：“那些要殺害這孩子的人已經死了。起來，帶著孩子和他母親回以色列地去吧。”

於是有大鷹的兩個翅膀賜給了那婦人，使她可以飛到曠野，到自己的地方，在那裡得供養一年兩年半年，離開那蛇的面。

只是聽見亞基老接續他父親希律作了猶太王，他就不敢到猶太地去；又在夢中得了指示，於是往加利利境去，

抬耶和華約櫃的祭司在約旦河中間的乾地上站住，等以色列眾人都在乾地上走過去，直到全國的人都完全走過了約旦河為止。

抬耶和華約櫃的祭司從約旦河中間上來的時候，祭司的腳掌一提起來踏在乾地上，約旦河的水就流回原處，像以前一樣漲過兩岸。

獄吏就把這話告訴保羅，說：“裁判官派人來釋放你們，現在可以出來，平平安安地去吧！”

好叫人離開自己的惡行，又叫人與驕傲隔絕，

那女人懷孕，生了一個兒子；見他俊美，就把他藏了三個月。直到她不能把他再藏了，就拿一個蒲草箱來，塗上瀝青和石漆；把孩子放在裡面，把箱子放在河邊的蘆葦叢中。

神可曾向哪一個天使說：“你坐在我的右邊，等我使你的仇敵作你的腳凳”呢？天使不都是服役的靈，奉差遣為那些要承受救恩的人效勞嗎？

婦人就逃到曠野去了，那裡有神為她預備的地方。她在那裡得供養一千二百六十天。

他就謀害我們的同胞，虐待我們的祖先，逼他們拋棄自己的嬰孩，不容嬰孩存活。

如果有人在這城迫害你們，就逃到別的城去。我實在告訴你們，你們還沒有走遍以色列的各城，人子就來到了。

抬約櫃的祭司站在約旦河中間，直到耶和華吩咐約書亞告訴人民的一切事，就是照著摩西吩咐約書亞的一切事，都辦完了，人民就急忙過去了。

他們說：“百夫長哥尼流是個義人，敬畏神，全猶太族都稱讚他。他得到一位聖天使的指示，請你到他家裡，要聽你的話。”

王說：“但我見有四個人，並沒有綁著，在火中走來走去，也沒有受傷，並且那第四個的樣貌好像神子。”於是尼布甲尼撒走近烈火的窰口，說：“至高神的僕人沙得拉、米煞和亞伯尼歌啊！你們出來，到這裡來吧。”沙得拉、米煞和亞伯尼歌就從火中出來。

抬全地之主耶和華約櫃的祭司的腳掌一踏進約旦河水裡，約旦河的水必被截斷，那從上游流下來的水必立起成壘。”

牠的尾巴拖著天上三分之一的星辰，把它們摔在地上。龍站在那快要生產的婦人面前，等她生產了，就要吞吃她的孩子。
