And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

并且说：‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子连合，二人成为一体。’这经你们没有念过吗？

‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子结合，二人成为一体。’

并且说：‘为这缘故，人将离开父母，与妻子结合，两个人就成为一体。’

並且說：『因此，人要離開父母，與妻子連合，二人成為一體。』這經你們沒有念過嗎？

『因此，人要離開父母，與妻子結合，二人成為一體。』

又說：「為這緣故、人必離開父親和母親，同他的妻子膠結，兩個人就成為一體」麼？

並且說：『為這緣故，人將離開父母，與妻子結合，兩個人就成為一體。』

曰、緣此人必離父母、膠漆其妻、成為一體、此經爾未讀乎、

故曰、人離父母、膠漆其妻、成為一體、此經汝豈未讀乎、

且云人離父母、與妻聯合、二人成為一體、此豈爾未讀乎、

且謂「因此人將離其父母、好合其妻、二人成為一體。」

and said,‘ For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’?

He said,‘ That’s why a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife. The two will become one.’( Genesis 2:24)

and said,‘ Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?

And he said,“‘ This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.’

And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.And Adam said, This[ is] now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.

And his soul clave unto Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the damsel, and spake kindly unto the damsel.
