The young man said to him,“ I have wholeheartedly obeyed all these laws. What do I still lack?”

那少年人说：“这一切我都遵守了，还缺少什么呢？”

那青年说：“这些我早已遵守了，还缺什么呢？”

那青年对他说：“这一切我都遵守了，还缺少什么呢？”

那年轻人对耶稣说：“这一切我都遵守了，我还缺少什么呢？”

那少年人說：「這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？」

那青年說：「這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？」

那青年說：「這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？」

那青年說：「這些我早已遵守了，還缺什麼呢？」

那青年對他說：“這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？”

那青年人對耶穌說：『這一切我都遵守了；還缺少甚麼呢？』

那年輕人對耶穌說：「這一切我都遵守了，我還缺少什麼呢？」

少者曰、凡此我嘗守之矣、尚有何缺乎、

少者曰、我自幼皆守之、猶有未盡乎、

少者曰、此誡、我自幼盡守之、尚有何缺乎、

少年曰：『凡此我皆自幼習行；敢問尚虧何事？』

“ All these I have kept,” the young man said.“ What do I still lack?”

“ I have obeyed all those commandments,” the young man said.“ What else do I need to do?”

The young man said to him,“ All these I have kept. What do I still lack?”

“ I’ve obeyed all these commandments,” the young man replied.“ What else must I do?”

“ I have kept all these,” the young man told him.“ What do I still lack?”

The young man* said to Him,“ All these I have kept; what am I still lacking?”

The young man said to Him,“ All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?”

The young man saith unto him, All these things have I observed: what lack I yet?

“ I have kept all these,” the young man told Him.“ What do I still lack?”

The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

The young man said to him,“ All these things I have observed from my youth. What do I still lack?”

In my zeal for God I persecuted the church. According to the righteousness stipulated in the law I was blameless.

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world may be held accountable to God.For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.But now apart from the law the righteousness of God( which is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed–namely, the righteousness of God through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction,for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

I tell you, in the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety- nine righteous people who have no need to repent.

The man replied,“ I have wholeheartedly obeyed all these laws since my youth.”When Jesus heard this, he said to him,“ One thing you still lack. Sell all that you have and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

And I was once alive apart from the law, but with the coming of the commandment sin became alive

The Pharisee stood and prayed about himself like this:‘ God, I thank you that I am not like other people: extortionists, unrighteous people, adulterers– or even like this tax collector.I fast twice a week; I give a tenth of everything I get.’

Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ, so that we could be declared righteous by faith.

but he answered his father,‘ Look! These many years I have worked like a slave for you, and I never disobeyed your commands. Yet you never gave me even a goat so that I could celebrate with my friends!

When they persisted in asking him, he stood up straight and replied,“ Whoever among you is guiltless may be the first to throw a stone at her.”

The man said to him,“ Teacher, I have wholeheartedly obeyed all these laws since my youth.”As Jesus looked at him, he felt love for him and said,“ You lack one thing. Go, sell whatever you have and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
