The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

那年轻人对耶稣说：“这一切我都遵守了，我还缺少什么呢？”

那少年人說：「這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？」

那青年說：「這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？」

那青年說：「這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？」

那青年說：「這些我早已遵守了，還缺什麼呢？」

那青年對他說：“這一切我都遵守了，還缺少甚麼呢？”

那青年人對耶穌說：『這一切我都遵守了；還缺少甚麼呢？』

那年輕人對耶穌說：「這一切我都遵守了，我還缺少什麼呢？」

少者曰、凡此我嘗守之矣、尚有何缺乎、

少者曰、我自幼皆守之、猶有未盡乎、

少者曰、此誡、我自幼盡守之、尚有何缺乎、

少年曰：『凡此我皆自幼習行；敢問尚虧何事？』

“ All these I have kept,” the young man said.“ What do I still lack?”

“ I have obeyed all those commandments,” the young man said.“ What else do I need to do?”

The young man said to him,“ All these I have kept. What do I still lack?”

“ I’ve obeyed all these commandments,” the young man replied.“ What else must I do?”

“ I have kept all these,” the young man told him.“ What do I still lack?”

The young man* said to Him,“ All these I have kept; what am I still lacking?”

The young man said to Him,“ All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?”

The young man saith unto him, All these things have I observed: what lack I yet?

“ I have kept all these,” the young man told Him.“ What do I still lack?”

The young man said to him,“ I have wholeheartedly obeyed all these laws. What do I still lack?”

The young man said to him,“ All these things I have observed from my youth. What do I still lack?”

Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law[ is] the knowledge of sin.But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;Even the righteousness of God[ which is] by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men[ are], extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster[ to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

And he answering said to[ his] father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
