Then Peter came up and said to him,“ Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?”

時彼得就之曰、主、兄弟獲罪於我、我恕之、當幾何次、至七次乎、

時彼得就耶穌曰、主、兄弟得罪我、我赦之當幾次、至七次可乎、

伯鐸祿進曰：『主、若有兄弟頻獲罪於我、當寬恕幾次、七次足乎？』

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked,“ Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”

Then Peter came up and said to Him,“ Lord, how many times shall my brother sin against me and I still forgive him? Up to seven times?”

Then Peter came to Him and said,“ Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”

Then came Peter and said to him, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? until seven times?

Then Peter came to Him and said,“ Lord, how many times could my brother sin against me and I forgive him? As many as seven times?”

Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

Then Peter came to him and said,“ Lord, how many times must I forgive my brother who sins against me? As many as seven times?”

Then Peter came and said to him,“ Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?”

Pay attention to yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him,and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, saying,‘ I repent,’ you must forgive him.”

“ If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.
