Again, truly I tell you, if two of you on earth agree about any matter that you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.

我又語爾、倘爾中二人、在地同心祈禱、則無論何求、在天我父必成全之。

“ Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you.

because I know this will lead to my salvation through your prayers and help from the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

Therefore I tell you, everything you pray and ask for— believe that you have received it and it will be yours.

Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the church, and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.The prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up; if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect.

And if you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you.

“ In that day you will not ask me anything. Truly I tell you, anything you ask the Father in my name, he will give you.

So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was praying fervently to God for him.

You did not choose me, but I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce fruit and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give you.

Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.Pray also for me, that the message may be given to me when I open my mouth to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel.For this I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I might be bold enough to speak about it as I should.
