Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

我确实地告诉你们：你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你们在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。

我實在告訴你們，凡你們在地上禁止的，在天上也必被禁止；凡你們在地上准許的，在天上也必蒙准許。

我確實地告訴你們：你們在地上所捆綁的，在天上將是已經被捆綁了的；你們在地上所釋放的，在天上將是被釋放了的。

我誠語汝、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾所縛於地者、亦必見縛於天、所釋於地者、亦必見釋於天、

吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

“ Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

“ Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.”

Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ,

If you forgive anyone’s sins, they have been forgiven them. If you retain anyone’s sins, they have been retained.”

“ To the angel of the assembly in Philadelphia write:“ He who is holy, he who is true, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says these things:“ I know your works( behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name.

In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, you being gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,are to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

They wrote these things by their hand:“ The apostles, the elders, and the brothers, to the brothers who are of the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia: greetings.Because we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying,‘ You must be circumcised and keep the law,’ to whom we gave no commandment;it seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose out men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who themselves will also tell you the same things by word of mouth.For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay no greater burden on you than these necessary things:that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality, from which if you keep yourselves, it will be well with you. Farewell.”So, when they were sent off, they came to Antioch. Having gathered the multitude together, they delivered the letter.When they had read it, they rejoiced over the encouragement.
