我确实地告诉你们：你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你们在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。

「我實在告訴你們，凡你們在地上所捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；凡你們在地上所釋放的，在天上也要釋放。

我確實地告訴你們：你們在地上所捆綁的，在天上將是已經被捆綁了的；你們在地上所釋放的，在天上將是被釋放了的。

我誠語汝、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾所縛於地者、亦必見縛於天、所釋於地者、亦必見釋於天、

吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

“ Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

“ Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

我要把天國的鑰匙給你，凡你在地上所捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；凡你在地上所釋放的，在天上也要釋放。」

你們赦免誰，我也赦免誰。我若有所赦免的，是在基督面前為你們赦免的，

你們赦免誰的罪，誰的罪就赦免了；你們留下誰的罪，誰的罪就留下了。」

「你要寫信給非拉鐵非教會的使者，說：『那聖潔、真實、拿着大衛的鑰匙、開了就沒有人能關、關了就沒有人能開的，說：我知道你的行為，你略有一點力量，也曾遵守我的道，沒有棄絕我的名。看哪，我在你面前給你一個敞開的門，是無人能關的。

就是你們聚會的時候，我的心也同在。奉我們主耶穌的名，並用我們主耶穌的權能，要把這樣的人交給撒但，敗壞他的肉體，使他的靈魂在主耶穌的日子可以得救。

於是寫信交付他們，內中說：「使徒和作長老的弟兄們問安提阿、敘利亞、基利家外邦眾弟兄的安。我們聽說，有幾個人從我們這裏出去，用言語攪擾你們，惑亂你們的心。其實我們並沒有吩咐他們。所以，我們同心定意，揀選幾個人，差他們同我們所親愛的巴拿巴和保羅往你們那裏去。這二人是為我主耶穌基督的名不顧性命的。我們就差了猶大和西拉，他們也要親口訴說這些事。因為聖靈和我們定意不將別的重擔放在你們身上，惟有幾件事是不可少的，就是禁戒祭偶像的物和血，並勒死的牲畜和姦淫。這幾件你們若能自己禁戒不犯就好了。願你們平安！」他們既奉了差遣，就下安提阿去，聚集眾人，交付書信。眾人念了，因為信上安慰的話就歡喜了。
