我确实地告诉你们：你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你们在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。

「我實在告訴你們，凡你們在地上所捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；凡你們在地上所釋放的，在天上也要釋放。

我確實地告訴你們：你們在地上所捆綁的，在天上將是已經被捆綁了的；你們在地上所釋放的，在天上將是被釋放了的。

我誠語汝、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾所縛於地者、亦必見縛於天、所釋於地者、亦必見釋於天、

吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

“ Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

“ Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

我要把天国的钥匙给你，凡你在地上所捆绑的，在天上也要捆绑；凡你在地上所释放的，在天上也要释放。”

你们赦免谁，我也赦免谁。我若有所赦免的，是在基督面前为你们赦免的，

你们赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就赦免了；你们留下谁的罪，谁的罪就留下了。”

“你要写信给非拉铁非教会的使者，说：‘那圣洁、真实、拿着大卫的钥匙、开了就没有人能关、关了就没有人能开的，说：我知道你的行为，你略有一点力量，也曾遵守我的道，没有弃绝我的名。看哪，我在你面前给你一个敞开的门，是无人能关的。

就是你们聚会的时候，我的心也同在。奉我们主耶稣的名，并用我们主耶稣的权能，要把这样的人交给撒但，败坏他的肉体，使他的灵魂在主耶稣的日子可以得救。

于是写信交付他们，内中说：“使徒和作长老的弟兄们问安提阿、叙利亚、基利家外邦众弟兄的安。我们听说，有几个人从我们这里出去，用言语搅扰你们，惑乱你们的心。其实我们并没有吩咐他们。所以，我们同心定意，拣选几个人，差他们同我们所亲爱的巴拿巴和保罗往你们那里去。这二人是为我主耶稣基督的名不顾性命的。我们就差了犹大和西拉，他们也要亲口诉说这些事。因为圣灵和我们定意不将别的重担放在你们身上，惟有几件事是不可少的，就是禁戒祭偶像的物和血，并勒死的牲畜和奸淫。这几件你们若能自己禁戒不犯就好了。愿你们平安！”他们既奉了差遣，就下安提阿去，聚集众人，交付书信。众人念了，因为信上安慰的话就欢喜了。
