我确实地告诉你们：你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你们在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。

我誠語汝、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾所縛於地者、亦必見縛於天、所釋於地者、亦必見釋於天、

吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

“ Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

“ Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

我要把天国的钥匙给你，你在地上捆绑的，在天上也被捆绑；你在地上释放的，在天上也被释放。”

你们饶恕谁，我也饶恕谁；我所饶恕了的（如果我饶恕过什么），是为了你们在基督面前饶恕的，

你们赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就得赦免；你们不赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就不得赦免。”

“你要写信给在非拉铁非教会的使者，说：‘那圣洁的、真实的，拿着大卫的钥匙，开了就没有人能关，关了就没有人能开的（“拿着大卫的钥匙……没有人能开的”引自赛22:22），这样说：我知道你的行为，看哪！我已经在你面前给你一道开着的门，是没有人能关的；因为你有一点点力量，也遵守我的道，没有否认我的名。

就是当你们奉我们主耶稣的名聚集在一起，我的灵在那里，我们主耶稣的权能也同在的时候，要把这样的人交给撒但，败坏他的身体，使他的灵魂在主的日子可以得救。

于是写信给他们带去，信上说：“使徒和作长老的弟兄们，向安提阿、叙利亚、基利家的外族众弟兄问安。我们听说有人从我们这里出去，说了一些话搅扰你们，使你们心里不安，其实我们并没有吩咐他们。因此，我们一致同意，选派一些人跟我们亲爱的巴拿巴和保罗去见你们，这两个人为了我们主耶稣基督的名，曾经把性命置之度外。我们派了犹大和西拉一同去，他们也会亲口述说这些事。圣灵和我们都同意，不把别的重担加在你们身上，然而有几件事是重要的，就是禁戒祭过偶像的食物、血、勒死的牲畜和淫乱。这些事你们若能保守自己不作，那就好了。祝你们平安！”他们受了差派，下安提阿去，集合了众人，就把书信交上。众人读了，因信上的劝勉，就感到欣慰。
