我實在告訴你們，你們在地上捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；你們在地上釋放的，在天上也要釋放。

我确实地告诉你们：你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上将是已经被捆绑了的；你们在地上所释放的，在天上将是被释放了的。

我誠語汝、凡爾繫於地者、在天亦繫之、釋於地者、在天亦釋之、

我誠告爾、凡爾所縛於地者、亦必見縛於天、所釋於地者、亦必見釋於天、

吾實語爾、凡爾等所縛於地者、在天亦當見縛爾等所釋於地者在天亦當見釋。

“ Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

“ What I’m about to tell you is true. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

“ Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

“ I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.

我要把天國的鑰匙交給你。凡你在地上捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；凡你在地上釋放的，在天上也要釋放。」

你們饒恕誰，我也饒恕誰。我若饒恕，是為了你們的緣故在基督面前饒恕的，

你們赦免誰的罪，誰的罪就得到赦免；你們不赦免誰的罪，誰的罪就得不到赦免。」

「你要寫信告訴非拉鐵非教會的天使，那位聖潔、真實、拿著大衛的鑰匙、開了門無人能關、關了門無人能開的主說，『我知道你的行為，你力量微小，卻遵守了我的教導，沒有背棄我的名。所以，看啊！我在你面前為你打開了一扇無人能關閉的門。

你們奉我們主耶穌的名聚會時，我的心並我們主耶穌的權能也與你們同在。你們要把這人交給撒旦去毀壞他的肉體，好使這人的靈魂在主耶穌再來的日子可以得救。

他們帶去的書信這樣說：「安提阿、敘利亞和基利迦的外族弟兄姊妹，你們的弟兄——眾使徒和長老向你們問安！「聽說有幾個人從我們這裡去了你們那裡，教導你們必須接受割禮並遵守摩西的律法。他們的言論使你們大感困惑。其實我們從來沒有授權他們這樣做。所以我們一致決定選派代表，隨我們敬愛的巴拿巴和保羅去你們那裡。他們二人為我們主耶穌基督的緣故已將生死置之度外。我們選派猶大和西拉兩位代表跟他們一起去，向你們報告我們的決定。因為聖靈和我們都認為不應把重擔加在你們身上。但請務必注意以下幾件事，要遠避祭拜偶像的事，不可吃血，不可吃勒死的牲畜，不可淫亂。你們一一遵守這些事就好了。祝平安！」他們奉命下到安提阿，召集眾人，交付書信。眾人讀過這封信之後，都因信中勸勉的話而歡喜。
