倘兄弟得罪爾、則於彼獨處時責之、若聽、則得爾兄弟、

兄弟有過、宜伺其獨處而勸之。彼若聽爾、是全爾兄弟也。

“ If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.

“ If your brother or sister sins against you, go to them. Tell them what they did wrong. Keep it between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them back.

“ If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.

“ If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back.

“ If your brother sins against you, go tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have won your brother.

“ Now if your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have gained your brother.

“ Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

And if thy brother sin against thee, go, show him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

“ If your brother sins against you, go and rebuke him in private. If he listens to you, you have won your brother.

Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

“ If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.

You must not hate your brother in your heart. You must surely reprove your fellow citizen so that you do not incur sin on account of him.

bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if someone happens to have a complaint against anyone else. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also forgive others.

Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

Watch yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him.Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to you saying,‘ I repent,’ you must forgive him.”

Brothers and sisters, if a person is discovered in some sin, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness. Pay close attention to yourselves, so that you are not tempted too.

My brothers and sisters, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone turns him back,he should know that the one who turns a sinner back from his wandering path will save that person’s soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.

So also my heavenly Father will do to you, if each of you does not forgive your brother from your heart.”

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

May the godly strike me in love and correct me! May my head not refuse choice oil! Indeed, my prayer is a witness against their evil deeds.

The fruit of the righteous is like a tree producing life, and the one who wins souls is wise.

When you argue a case with your neighbor, do not reveal the secret of another person,lest the one who hears it put you to shame and your infamy will never go away.

Instead, does a Christian sue a Christian, and do this before unbelievers?The fact that you have lawsuits among yourselves demonstrates that you have already been defeated. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?But you yourselves wrong and cheat, and you do this to your brothers and sisters!

In the same way, wives, be subject to your own husbands. Then, even if some are disobedient to the word, they will be won over without a word by the way you live,

If you sin against your brothers or sisters in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.

“ When a person sins and commits a trespass against the LORD by deceiving his fellow citizen in regard to something held in trust, or a pledge, or something stolen, or by extorting something from his fellow citizen,or has found something lost and denies it and swears falsely concerning any one of the things that someone might do to sin–when it happens that he sins and he is found guilty, then he must return whatever he had stolen, or whatever he had extorted, or the thing that he had held in trust, or the lost thing that he had found,or anything about which he swears falsely. He must restore it in full and add one fifth to it; he must give it to its owner when he is found guilty.Then he must bring his guilt offering to the LORD, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels, for a guilt offering to the priest.So the priest will make atonement on his behalf before the LORD and he will be forgiven for whatever he has done to become guilty.”

So then, even though I wrote to you, it was not on account of the one who did wrong, or on account of the one who was wronged, but to reveal to you your eagerness on our behalf before God.

For since I am free from all I can make myself a slave to all, in order to gain even more people.To the Jews I became like a Jew to gain the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law( though I myself am not under the law) to gain those under the law.To those free from the law I became like one free from the law( though I am not free from God’s law but under the law of Christ) to gain those free from the law.

In this matter no one should violate the rights of his brother or take advantage of him, because the Lord is the avenger in all these cases, as we also told you earlier and warned you solemnly.
