“ If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.

So shall also my heavenly Father do unto you, if ye forgive not every one his brother from your hearts.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Let the righteous smite me, it shall be a kindness; And let him reprove me, it shall be as oil upon the head; Let not my head refuse it: For even in their wickedness shall my prayer continue.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; And he that is wise winneth souls.

Debate thy cause with thy neighbor himself, And disclose not the secret of another;Lest he that heareth it revile thee, And thine infamy turn not away.

but brother goeth to law with brother, and that before unbelievers?Nay, already it is altogether a defect in you, that ye have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather take wrong? why not rather be defrauded?Nay, but ye yourselves do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.

In like manner, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, even if any obey not the word, they may without the word be gained by the behavior of their wives;

And thus, sinning against the brethren, and wounding their conscience when it is weak, ye sin against Christ.

If any one sin, and commit a trespass against Jehovah, and deal falsely with his neighbor in a matter of deposit, or of bargain, or of robbery, or have oppressed his neighbor,or have found that which was lost, and deal falsely therein, and swear to a lie; in any of all these things that a man doeth, sinning therein;then it shall be, if he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took by robbery, or the thing which he hath gotten by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to him, or the lost thing which he found,or any thing about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in full, and shall add the fifth part more thereto: unto him to whom it appertaineth shall he give it, in the day of his being found guilty.And he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation, for a trespass- offering, unto the priest:and the priest shall make atonement for him before Jehovah; and he shall be forgiven concerning whatsoever he doeth so as to be guilty thereby.

So although I wrote unto you, I wrote not for his cause that did the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered the wrong, but that your earnest care for us might be made manifest unto you in the sight of God.

For though I was free from all men, I brought myself under bondage to all, that I might gain the more.And to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, not being myself under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;to them that are without law, as without law, not being without law to God, but under law to Christ, that I might gain them that are without law.

that no man transgress, and wrong his brother in the matter: because the Lord is an avenger in all these things, as also we forewarned you and testified.
