又说：“人子必须受许多苦，被长老、祭司长，和经学家弃绝、杀害，第三日复活。”

于是他教导他们，人子必须受许多苦，被长老、祭司长和经学家弃绝、杀害，三天后复活。

那时许多人会失去信仰，彼此出卖，互相恨恶；

耶稣上耶路撒冷去的时候，把十二门徒带到一边，在路上对他们说：“我们现在上耶路撒冷去，人子要被交给祭司长和经学家，他们要定他死罪，

起来，我们走吧！出卖我的人来了。”

有哪一个先知，你们的祖先不迫害呢？你们杀了那些预先宣告那义者要来的人，现在又把那义者出卖了，杀害了。

我实在告诉你们，站在这里的，有人在没有尝过死味以前，必要看见人子带着他的国降临。”

他们从那里出去，经过加利利，耶稣不想让人知道，因为他正在教导门徒。他又对他们说：“人子将要被交在人的手里，他们要杀害他，死后三天他要复活。”门徒不明白这话，又不敢问他。

“你们要把这些话存在心里：人子将要被交在人的手里。”门徒不明白这话，因为这话的意思是隐藏的，不让他们明白，他们也不敢问。

他不在这里，已经复活了。你们应当记得他还在加利利的时候，怎样告诉你们，说：‘人子必须被交在罪人手里，钉在十字架上，第三日复活。’”

又说：“经上这样记着：基督必须受害，第三天从死人中复活。

从那时起，他就找机会把耶稣交给他们。

说：“我们现在上耶路撒冷去，人子要被交给祭司长和经学家，他们要定他的罪，并且把他交给外族人。他们要凌辱他，向他吐唾沫，鞭打他，杀害他，三天以后，他要复活。”
