曰、我儕於此、惟五餅二魚而已、曰、取以與我、遂命眾藉草而坐、取五餅二魚、仰天祝而擘之、以予門徒、門徒予眾、皆食而飽、拾其屑、盈十二筐、食者、婦孺外約五千人、○

有童子攜麰麥餅五、小魚二、然於斯眾奚濟乎、耶穌曰、令眾坐、其地多草、眾遂坐、數約五千、於是耶穌取餅祝謝、分予坐者、魚亦然、如眾所願、既飽、耶穌謂其徒曰、拾其屑、勿使有遺、遂拾五麰麥餅之屑、眾食而餘者、盈筐十二、

耶穌曰、爾其食之、曰、若不往而為眾市食、則僅有五餅二魚耳、蓋其人約有五千焉、耶穌謂其徒曰、使眾列坐、每列約五十人、遂如其言、使眾坐、耶穌取五餅二魚、仰天祝而擘之、予門徒、使陳於眾前、皆食而飽、拾其屑十二筐、○

耶穌曰、噫、無知者乎、諸先知所言、爾心何信之遲耶、基督受斯苦、而獲其榮、不亦宜乎、於是自摩西始、並諸先知、凡經中所指己者、悉為之詳解焉、

曰爾曹猶未悟乎、豈不知入口者運於腹、而遺於廁乎、

曰、爾有餅幾何、且往觀焉、既知、則曰、五餅二魚、遂命使眾成列、坐於青草、乃分隊而坐、或百、或五十、耶穌取五餅二魚、仰天而祝、擘餅以予門徒、陳於眾前、亦以二魚分給諸人、皆食而飽、拾其屑及殘魚、盈筐十二、食者五千人焉、○

耶穌曰、爾亦如斯不悟乎、豈不知凡自外入者、不能污人、

凡我所愛者、我責而懲之、故宜奮然改悔、
