這麼一說，他便可以不必敬奉父親或母親！那就是你們竟因了你們的傳統規矩而取消上帝的話了！

遂可不敬父母、是爾以爾遺傳廢上帝誡也、

遂可不敬父母、是爾以爾遺傳而廢天主之誡矣、

乃無須養其父母。」是爾以人之傳習、廢天主之道也。

they are not to‘ honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.

So they do not need to honor their father or mother with their gift. You make the word of God useless in order to follow your own teachings.

he need not honor his father.’ So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word of God.

In this way, you say they don’t need to honor their parents. And so you cancel the word of God for the sake of your own tradition.

he does not have to honor his father.’ In this way, you have nullified the word of God because of your tradition.

he is not to honor his father or mother.’ And by this you have invalidated the word of God for the sake of your tradition.

then he need not honor his father or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition.

he shall not honor his father. And ye have made void the word of God because of your tradition.

he does not have to honor his father.’ In this way, you have revoked God’s word because of your tradition.

And honour not his father or his mother,[ he shall be free]. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

he shall not honor his father or mother.’ You have made the commandment of God void because of your tradition.

人若不看顾自己的人，尤其不看顾自己一家的人，就是背弃信仰，比不信的人还坏。

现在是耶和华行动的时候；因为人都违犯了你的律法。

你们怎可以说：“我们是智慧人，我们有耶和华的律法”呢？事实上，经学家虚假的笔已把律法变成谎言了。

如果信主的妇女家中有寡妇，她就应该救济她们，不要让教会受累。这样，教会就可以救济那些无依无靠的寡妇了。

这样，你们藉着所领受的传统，把神的话废弃了。你们还作了许多这一类的事。”

祭司的嘴当保存知识，人要从他的口中寻求教训，因为他是万军耶和华的使者。万军之耶和华说：“你们却偏离了正路，使许多人在律法上跌倒；你们也破坏了我与利未所立的约。因此，我也使你们在众人面前被藐视、受轻看，因为你们不遵守我的道，在律法上徇人的情面。”

我心中迫切如同火烧，因为我的敌人忘记了你的话。

这样说来，我们以信废掉了律法吗？绝对不是，倒是巩固了律法。

我的子民因无知识而灭亡；因为你拒绝了知识，我必拒绝你，不让你作我的祭司；因为你忘掉了你神的律法，我也必忘记你的子孙。

要敬重供养那些无依无靠的寡妇。寡妇若有儿孙，就应当让儿孙先在自己家里学习孝道，报答亲恩，因为这在神面前是蒙悦纳的。
