接着，祂拿起饼来，祝谢后，掰开递给他们，说：“这是我为你们牺牲的身体，你们今后也要这样做，以纪念我。”

耶稣拿起饼来祝谢后，分给坐着的众人，然后又照样分鱼，众人可以随意吃。

保罗说完后拿起饼，当众感谢上帝，然后掰开吃。

禁止人结婚和吃某些食物。其实那些食物是上帝创造的，为了让相信并且明白真理的人存感谢的心领受。上帝所造的一切都是美好的，若以感恩的心去领受，就无需任何禁忌，

祂接过杯来，祝谢后，说：“你们拿去分着喝吧。

你们一进城，就会在他上丘坛吃祭物之前遇见他。因为他不来，人们不能吃，他要先为祭物祝谢后，人们才可以吃。你们现在上去吧，一定会遇见他。”

所以，你们或吃或喝，无论做什么，都要为上帝的荣耀而做。

后来有几条从提比哩亚来的小船停泊在岸边，靠近主祝谢后让众人吃饼的地方。

他们吃的时候，耶稣拿起饼来，祝谢后掰开分给门徒，说：“拿去吃吧，这是我的身体。”接着又拿起杯来，祝谢后递给门徒，说：“你们都喝吧，

于是，祂叫众人坐在草地上，然后拿起那五个饼和两条鱼，举目望着天祝谢后，就掰开饼递给门徒，让他们分给众人。
