這時候，忽然來了一個住在那地區的迦南婦人，她呼叫說：「主啊，大衛的後裔，可憐我吧！我的女兒有鬼魔附身，痛苦萬分。」

有迦南婦人來自彼域、大呼曰：『主、大維子、其垂憐焉。吾女為魔所祟、苦甚』

A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out,“ Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon- possessed and suffering terribly.”

A woman from Canaan lived near Tyre and Sidon. She came to him and cried out,“ Lord! Son of David! Have mercy on me! A demon controls my daughter. She is suffering terribly.”

And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying,“ Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon.”

A Gentile woman who lived there came to him, pleading,“ Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! For my daughter is possessed by a demon that torments her severely.”

Just then a Canaanite woman from that region came and kept crying out,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely tormented by a demon.”

And a Canaanite woman from that region came out and began to cry out, saying,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely demon possessed.”

And behold, a Canaanitish woman came out from those borders, and cried, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a demon.

Just then a Canaanite woman from that region came and kept crying out,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is cruelly tormented by a demon.”

And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord,[ thou] Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

A Canaanite woman from that area came and cried out,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is horribly demon- possessed!”

Behold, a Canaanite woman came out from those borders, and cried, saying,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, you son of David! My daughter is severely possessed by a demon!”

When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying,“ Son of David, have mercy on us!”

“ Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.

And he cried out, saying,“ Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”Then those who went before warned him that he should be quiet; but he cried out all the more,“ Son of David, have mercy on me!”

For a woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Him, and she came and fell at His feet.The woman was a Greek, a Syro-Phoenician by birth, and she kept asking Him to cast the demon out of her daughter.

saying,“ What do you think about the Christ? Whose Son is He?” They said to Him,“ The Son of David.”He said to them,“ How then does David in the Spirit call Him‘ Lord,’ saying:‘ The Lord said to my Lord,“ Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool”’?If David then calls Him‘ Lord,’ how is He his Son?”

Then one of the crowd answered and said,“ Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit.And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not.”He answered him and said,“ O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me.”Then they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and he fell on the ground and wallowed, foaming at the mouth.So He asked his father,“ How long has this been happening to him?” And he said,“ From childhood.And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”

And the daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; The rich among the people will seek your favor.

And they lifted up their voices and said,“ Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

Others said,“ This is the Christ.” But some said,“ Will the Christ come out of Galilee?Has not the Scripture said that the Christ comes from the seed of David and from the town of Bethlehem, where David was?”

Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my distress; Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.

Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak; O Lord, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

And behold, two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying,“ Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!”Then the multitude warned them that they should be quiet; but they cried out all the more, saying,“ Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!”

not to many people of unfamiliar speech and of hard language, whose words you cannot understand. Surely, had I sent you to them, they would have listened to you.

Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,and do not think to say to yourselves,‘ We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.

And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying,‘ God, be merciful to me a sinner!’
