“ Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them.

耶稣说：“你们到如今还不明白吗？

耶稣说：“连你们也还不明白吗？

耶稣说：“连你们也还不明白吗？

耶稣说：“你们还不明白吗？

耶稣说：“你们还是不明白吗？

耶稣说：“到如今，你们也无知吗？

耶穌說：「你們到如今還不明白嗎？

耶穌說：「連你們也還不明白嗎？

耶穌說：「連你們也還不明白嗎？

耶穌說：「你們還不明白嗎？

耶穌說：“你們還是不明白嗎？

耶穌說：『連你們到如今還是蒙昧麼？

耶穌說：「到如今，你們也無知嗎？

曰爾曹猶未悟乎、

耶穌曰、爾尚不悟歟、

耶穌曰、爾曹亦不悟乎、

耶穌曰：『爾曹亦依然無識耶？

“ Don’t you understand yet?” Jesus asked them.

And he said,“ Are you also still without understanding?

“ Don’t you understand yet?” Jesus asked.

“ Do you still lack understanding?” he asked.

Jesus said,“ Are you also still lacking in understanding?

So Jesus said,“ Are you also still without understanding?

And he said, Are ye also even yet without understanding?

“ Are even you still lacking in understanding?” He asked.

And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?

Jesus said,“ Even after all this, are you still so foolish?

So Jesus said,“ Do you also still not understand?

Do you still not understand? Don’t you remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many basketfuls you gathered?

“ Are you so dull?” he asked.“ Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them?

Jesus called the crowd to him and said,“ Listen and understand.

But they did not understand what he meant and were afraid to ask him about it.

But they did not understand what this meant. It was hidden from them, so that they did not grasp it, and they were afraid to ask him about it.

“ Who is it he is trying to teach? To whom is he explaining his message? To children weaned from their milk, to those just taken from the breast?For it is: Do this, do that, a rule for this, a rule for that; a little here, a little there.”

The disciples did not understand any of this. Its meaning was hidden from them, and they did not know what he was talking about.

Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.

for they had not understood about the loaves; their hearts were hardened.

How is it you don’t understand that I was not talking to you about bread? But be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

“ Have you understood all these things?” Jesus asked.“ Yes,” they replied.

Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them:“ Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened?Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don’t you remember?

In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!
