若輩盲者之盲導也；夫以盲導盲、有不相將入坑者乎？』

耶穌又對他們講了一個比喻：「難道瞎子能給瞎子領路嗎？兩個人不都會掉進坑裡嗎？

萬軍之耶和華說：「然而，你們偏離了正道，使許多人在訓誨上絆倒；你們破壞了我與利未所立的約；

「你們這些瞎眼的領路人有禍了！你們說：『如果有人指著聖所起誓，算不得什麼；但如果有人指著聖所裡的金子起誓，就必須遵守。』你們這些又愚拙又瞎眼的人哪，到底哪一樣更重要呢？是金子，還是使金子成聖的聖所呢？你們還說：『如果有人指著祭壇起誓，算不得什麼；但如果有人指著祭壇上的祭物起誓，就必須遵守。』你們這些瞎眼的人哪，到底哪一樣更重要呢？是祭物，還是使祭物成聖的祭壇呢？所以，指著祭壇起誓的，就是指著祭壇和祭壇上的一切起誓；指著聖所起誓的，就是指著聖所和住在裡面的那一位起誓；指著天起誓的，就是指著神的寶座和坐在寶座上的那一位起誓。「經文士和法利賽人哪，你們這些偽善的人有禍了！因為你們奉獻薄荷、蒔蘿、香芹的十分之一，卻放棄了律法上更重要的：就是公義、憐憫、信實。這些才是你們應該做的，至於前者也不可放棄。你們這些瞎眼的領路人哪，你們濾掉蠓蟲，卻吞下駱駝！

不過，在子民當中也出現過假先知；照樣，在你們當中也會有假教師。他們會偷偷引進使人滅亡的異端，甚至否認那救贖他們的主，給自己招來快速的滅亡。

以色列的守望者都是瞎眼的，全都無知；他們都是啞巴狗，不會叫；只會做夢、躺臥、愛打盹。

但那獸被抓了；那假先知也與牠一起被抓了——他在獸面前行了許多奇蹟，藉此迷惑那些接受獸的印記並膜拜獸像的人。獸和那假先知兩個都活生生地被丟進燃燒著硫磺的火湖裡。

這些人是無水的泉源，是被暴風吹逐的雲霧；有漆黑的幽暗為他們存留。

因為引導這百姓的使他們迷失，而被引導的都陷入混亂。

他在那些理性敗壞、喪失真理、以為敬神是得利之道的人中，引發無休止的爭吵。

除了我僕人以外，有誰是瞎眼的？有誰像我所派遣的使者那樣是耳聾的？有誰像我所揀選的人那樣是瞎眼的，有誰像耶和華的僕人那樣是瞎眼的？

那些犬類、行邪術的、淫亂的、殺人的、拜偶像的，以及所有愛虛假、行虛假的人，都在外面。
