But Jesus immediately said to them:“ Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Jesus came and touched them and said,“ Get up, and don’t be afraid.”

But he said to them,“ It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

Who has worked and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I, Yahweh, the first, and with the last, I am he.”

When I saw him, I fell at his feet like a dead man. He laid his right hand on me, saying,“ Don’t be afraid. I am the first and the last,and the Living one. I was dead, and behold, I am alive forever and ever. Amen. I have the keys of Death and of Hades.

I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world.”

Then Jesus said to them,“ Don’t be afraid. Go tell my brothers that they should go into Galilee, and there they will see me.”

“ Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also.

But the angel said to him,“ Don’t be afraid, Zacharias, because your request has been heard, and your wife, Elizabeth, will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
