But Jesus immediately said to them:“ Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

And behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven.

fear thou not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed, for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

And Jesus came and touched them and said, Arise, and be not afraid.

But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid.

Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I, Jehovah, the first, and with the last, I am he.

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as one dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying, Fear not; I am the first and the last,and the Living one; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive for evermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.

These things have I spoken unto you, that in me ye may have peace. In the world ye have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Then saith Jesus unto them, Fear not: go tell my brethren that they depart into Galilee, and there shall they see me.

Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God, believe also in me.In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: because thy supplication is heard, and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God.

And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and wherefore do questionings arise in your heart?See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye behold me having.

And the angel said unto them, Be not afraid; for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be to all the people:

I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou art afraid of man that shall die, and of the son of man that shall be made as grass;

Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith Jehovah, and thy Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
