使徒集就耶穌、悉以所行所教告之、耶穌曰、爾曹潛往於野、憩息片時、蓋往來者眾、不遑暇食、乃乘舟而往、眾見之、多有識之者、自諸邑徒步、趨而先至、耶穌出、見大眾、憫焉、以其猶羊無牧、乃多端以教之、日旰、門徒就之、曰、地乃野、日已旰、請散眾、俾往村落市食、耶穌曰、爾其食之、對曰、得毋以二十金往而市餅、以食之乎、曰、爾有餅幾何、且往觀焉、既知、則曰、五餅二魚、遂命使眾成列、坐於青草、乃分隊而坐、或百、或五十、耶穌取五餅二魚、仰天而祝、擘餅以予門徒、陳於眾前、亦以二魚分給諸人、皆食而飽、拾其屑及殘魚、盈筐十二、食者五千人焉、○

此邑窘逐爾、則奔彼邑、我誠語汝、以色列諸邑、爾行未遍、而人子至矣、○

耶穌知之、則去彼、人多從焉、病者悉醫之、
