And Jesus said to them,“ Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like a head of a household, who brings out of his treasure new things and old.”

He said to them,“ Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.”

He said to them,“ Every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house. He brings new treasures out of his storeroom as well as old ones.”

And he said to them,“ Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house, who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.”

Then he added,“ Every teacher of religious law who becomes a disciple in the Kingdom of Heaven is like a homeowner who brings from his storeroom new gems of truth as well as old.”

“ Therefore,” he said to them,“ every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom treasures new and old.”

Then He said to them,“ Therefore every scribe instructed concerning the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure things new and old.”

And he said unto them, Therefore every scribe who hath been made a disciple to the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, who bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

“ Therefore,” He said to them,“ every student of Scripture instructed in the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who brings out of his storeroom what is new and what is old.”

Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe[ which is] instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man[ that is] an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure[ things] new and old.

Then he said to them,“ Therefore every expert in the law who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his treasure what is new and old.”

He said to them,“ Therefore every scribe who has been made a disciple in the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who is a householder, who brings out of his treasure new and old things.”

The lips of the wise spread knowledge, But the hearts of fools are not so.

Beloved, I am not writing a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning; the old commandment is the word which you have heard.On the other hand, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true Light is already shining.

All Scripture is inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness;so that the man or woman of God may be fully capable, equipped for every good work.

“ Therefore, behold, I am sending you prophets and wise men and scribes; some of them you will kill and crucify, and some of them you will flog in your synagogues, and persecute from city to city,

but in case I am delayed, I write so that you will know how one should act in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth.Beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh, Was vindicated in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Proclaimed among the nations, Believed on in the world, Taken up in glory.

Such is the confidence we have toward God through Christ.Not that we are adequate in ourselves so as to consider anything as having come from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God,who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

holding firmly the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict it.

The good person brings out of his good treasure good things; and the evil person brings out of his evil treasure evil things.

One who pays attention to the word will find good, And blessed is one who trusts in the Lord.The wise in heart will be called understanding, And sweetness of speech increases persuasiveness.Understanding is a fountain of life to those who have it, But the discipline of fools is foolishness.The heart of the wise instructs his mouth And adds persuasiveness to his lips.Pleasant words are a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

Likewise urge the young men to be sensible;in all things show yourself to be an example of good deeds, with purity in doctrine, dignified,

The words of a person’s mouth are deep waters; The fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook.

The mandrakes have given forth fragrance; And over our doors are all delicious fruits, New as well as old, Which I have saved for you, my beloved.

To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ,

Extend your ear and hear the words of the wise, And apply your mind to my knowledge;For it will be pleasant if you keep them within you, So that they may be ready on your lips.

Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And one who is wise gains souls.

For Ezra had firmly resolved to study the Law of the Lord and to practice it, and to teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel.

just as you learned it from Epaphras, our beloved fellow bond servant, who is a faithful servant of Christ on our behalf,

In addition to being wise, the Preacher also taught the people knowledge; and he pondered, searched out, and arranged many proverbs.The Preacher sought to find delightful words and to write words of truth correctly.The words of the wise are like goads, and masters of these collections are like driven nails; they are given by one Shepherd.

I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

So this Ezra went up from Babylon, and he was a scribe skilled in the Law of Moses, which the Lord God of Israel had given; and the king granted him all he requested because the hand of the Lord his God was upon him.

For this reason also, the wisdom of God said,‘ I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill, and some they will persecute,

For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond servants on account of Jesus.For God, who said,“ Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.But we have this treasure in earthen containers, so that the extraordinary greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves;

The tongue of the righteous is like choice silver, The heart of the wicked is worth little.The lips of the righteous feed many, But fools die for lack of understanding.

By referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,

“ I myself, King Artaxerxes, issue a decree to all the treasurers who are in the provinces beyond the Euphrates River, that whatever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the Law of the God of heaven, may require of you, it shall be done diligently,

and not a new convert, so that he will not become conceited and fall into condemnation incurred by the devil.

as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet making many rich, as having nothing and yet possessing all things.
