Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who create divisions and obstacles contrary to the teaching that you learned. Avoid them,because such people do not serve our Lord Christ but their own appetites. They deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting with smooth talk and flattering words.

On that day many will say to me,‘ Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, drive out demons in your name, and do many miracles in your name?’Then I will announce to them,‘ I never knew you. Depart from me, you lawbreakers!’

but wrath and anger to those who are self-seeking and disobey the truth while obeying unrighteousness.There will be affliction and distress for every human being who does evil, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek;

There were indeed false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, and will bring swift destruction on themselves.Many will follow their depraved ways, and the way of truth will be maligned because of them.
