此亦所以應驗先知之言曰：『啟口設諭發古之蘊。』

So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet:“ I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.”

So the words spoken by the prophet came true. He had said,“ I will open my mouth and tell stories. I will speak about things that were hidden since the world was made.”( Psalm 78:2)

This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet:“ I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter what has been hidden since the foundation of the world.”

This fulfilled what God had spoken through the prophet:“ I will speak to you in parables. I will explain things hidden since the creation of the world.”

so that what was spoken through the prophet might be fulfilled: I will open my mouth in parables; I will declare things kept secret from the foundation of the world.

我要开口说比喻；我要说出古时的谜语，

又使众人都明白，这历代以来隐藏在创造万物之神里的奥秘，是如何安排的，

我们讲的，乃是从前所隐藏、神奥秘的智慧，就是神在万世以前预定使我们得荣耀的。

惟有神能照我所传的福音和所讲的耶稣基督，并照永古隐藏不言的奥秘，坚固你们的心。这奥秘如今显明出来，而且按着永生神的命，藉众先知的书指示万国的民，使他们信服真道。

基督在创世以前是预先被神知道的，却在这末世才为你们显现。你们也因着他，信那叫他从死里复活、又给他荣耀的神，叫你们的信心和盼望都在于神。

父啊，我在哪里，愿你所赐给我的人也同我在那里，叫他们看见你所赐给我的荣耀；因为创立世界以前，你已经爱我了。

于是王要向那右边的说：‘你们这蒙我父赐福的，可来承受那创世以来为你们所预备的国；

这奥秘在以前的世代没有叫人知道，像如今藉着圣灵启示他的圣使徒和先知一样。

主耶和华若不将奥秘指示他的仆人众先知，就一无所行。

我照神为你们所赐我的职分作了教会的执事，要把神的道理传得全备，这道理就是历世历代所隐藏的奥秘；但如今向他的圣徒显明了。

盼望那无谎言的神在万古之先所应许的永生，到了日期，藉着传扬的工夫把他的道显明了；这传扬的责任是按着神我们救主的命令交托了我。

看哪，先前的事已经成就，现在我将新事说明，这事未发以先，我就说给你们听。”

凡住在地上、名字从创世以来没有记在被杀之羔羊生命册上的人，都要拜它。

在他们身上，正应了以赛亚的预言，说：‘你们听是要听见，却不明白；看是要看见，却不晓得；

神救了我们，以圣召召我们，不是按我们的行为，乃是按他的旨意和恩典；这恩典是万古之先，在基督耶稣里赐给我们的，但如今藉着我们救主基督耶稣的显现才表明出来了。他已经把死废去，藉着福音，将不能坏的生命彰显出来。

我要侧耳听比喻，用琴解谜语。

就是考察在他们心里基督的灵，预先证明基督受苦难，后来得荣耀，是指着什么时候，并怎样的时候。他们得了启示，知道他们所传讲的一切事，不是为自己，乃是为你们。那靠着从天上差来的圣灵传福音给你们的人，现在将这些事报给你们；天使也愿意详细察看这些事。

当审判的日子，推罗、西顿所受的，比你们还容易受呢！

你所看见的兽，先前有，如今没有，将要从无底坑里上来，又要归于沉沦。凡住在地上、名字从创世以来没有记在生命册上的，见先前有、如今没有、以后再有的兽，就必希奇。

这事成就是要应验先知的话，说：“要对锡安的居民说：‘看哪，你的王来到你这里，是温柔的，又骑着驴，就是骑着驴驹子。’”

神既在古时藉着众先知多次多方地晓谕列祖，

这话是从创世以来显明这事的主说的。’
