He spoke another parable to them:“ The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three sata of flour until it was all leavened.”

He told them still another parable:“ The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough.”

Jesus told them still another story.“ The kingdom of heaven is like yeast,” he said.“ A woman mixed it into 60 pounds of flour. The yeast worked its way all through the dough.”

A little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough.

But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.

Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough?Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed.

So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah, and said,“ Quickly, prepare three measures of fine flour, knead it, and make bread cakes.”

So let’s learn, let’s press on to know the Lord. His appearance is as sure as the dawn; And He will come to us like the rain, As the spring rain waters the earth.”

“ I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them at the present time.But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will do it.

for it is God who is at work in you, both to desire and to work for His good pleasure.Do all things without complaining or arguments;so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world,

And this I pray, that your love may overflow still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment,

but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus.

Jesus presented another parable to them, saying,“ The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.

Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit.

And if the Lord had not shortened those days, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect, whom He chose, He shortened the days.

Nevertheless the righteous will hold to his way, And the one who has clean hands will grow stronger and stronger.
