所以時候沒有到，在主來臨之前，不要評斷任何事；主將照亮黑暗中隱祕的事，顯明人心裡的計劃。那時候，稱讚將從神那裡臨到各人。

有些人的罪孽是明顯的，要先面對審判；而有些人的罪卻是隨後跟著的。

一個人如果不住在我裡面，就像枝條被丟在外面枯乾了，然後被收集扔進火裡焚燒。

那時，你們必再次看出義人與惡人、服事神的人與不服事神的人的區別。」萬軍之耶和華說：「看哪！那日子將要來到，燃燒如火爐；所有傲慢的和作惡的都必成為麥稭，那要來的日子必把他們燒盡，不留下一根一枝。

那時王要對在左邊的人說：『你們這些被詛咒的人！離開我！進到那已經為魔鬼和他的使者們所預備好的永遠的火裡去！

撒稗子的仇敵是魔鬼，收割的季節是世代的終結，收割的人是天使。就像稗子被拔出來用火燒掉，在這世代的終結也將是這樣。人子要差派他的天使們，從他的國度裡挑出來所有絆腳的和作惡的，把他們丟進火爐裡。在那裡將有哀哭和切齒。那時，義人會在他們父的國度裡像太陽一樣發光。凡是有耳的，就應當聽！

萬民都將被召集到他面前。他要把他們互相分別，就像牧人把綿羊從山羊中分別出來那樣，

堅固的城變為淒涼，成了被撇下、被遺棄的居所，像曠野一樣；牛犢在那裡吃草、躺臥，吃盡那裡的樹枝。枝條枯乾時，必被折斷，婦女要來，拿去燒火。因為這百姓愚昧，所以造他們的必不憐憫他們，塑造他們的必不恩待他們。

「半夜裡，有人喧嚷：『看哪，是新郎！你們出來迎接他！』「十個童女都醒過來，修整她們的燈。愚拙的對聰明的說：『請把你們的油分一點給我們，因為我們的燈要滅了。』「但那些聰明的回答說：『不行，絕不夠我們和你們用的。你們還是到賣油的那裡去，為自己買吧。』「可是她們去買的時候，新郎就來了。那些預備好了的，與新郎一同進去赴婚宴，門就關上了。「後來其餘的童女也來了，說：『主啊，主啊，請給我們開門！』「但是新郎回答說：『我確實地告訴你們：我不認識你們。』「所以你們要警醒，因為你們不知道那日子和那時刻。

那些奴僕就出去，到大街上，把所見到的，無論好人壞人都召集起來，婚宴上就坐滿了賓客。王進來會見賓客，發現有一個人沒有穿婚宴的禮服，就對他說：『朋友，你進到這裡來怎麼沒有穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那個人啞口無言。「於是王吩咐僕人們：『把他的手腳捆起來，丟到外面的黑暗裡去！在那裡將有哀哭和切齒。』「要知道，蒙召喚的人多，而蒙揀選的人少。」

「即使有人起來追趕你，尋索你的性命，我主的性命卻必裹藏在耶和華你的神生命的囊中。至於你仇敵的性命，耶和華必甩出去，像從投石索的兜囊中甩出去那樣。
