Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.

But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,

Wisdom calls aloud outside; She raises her voice in the open squares.She cries out in the chief concourses, At the openings of the gates in the city She speaks her words:“ How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity? For scorners delight in their scorning, And fools hate knowledge.

My son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you,So that you incline your ear to wisdom, And apply your heart to understanding;Yes, if you cry out for discernment, And lift up your voice for understanding,If you seek her as silver, And search for her as for hidden treasures;Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, And find the knowledge of God.For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;

He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

And heal the sick there, and say to them,‘ The kingdom of God has come near to you.’

Why is there in the hand of a fool the purchase price of wisdom, Since he has no heart for it?

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

“ And indeed, now I know that you all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, will see my face no more.

But if it is a question of words and names and your own law, look to it yourselves; for I do not want to be a judge of such matters.”

But let your‘ Yes’ be‘ Yes,’ and your‘ No,’‘ No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.

A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment.A fool has no delight in understanding, But in expressing his own heart.

but had some questions against him about their own religion and about a certain Jesus, who had died, whom Paul affirmed to be alive.And because I was uncertain of such questions, I asked whether he was willing to go to Jerusalem and there be judged concerning these matters.

To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,
