如果我们的福音蒙蔽，就是蒙蔽在灭亡的人身上。此等不信之人被这世界的神弄瞎了心眼，不叫基督荣耀福音的光照着他们。基督本是神的像。

他们不知道，也不思想；因为耶和华闭住他们的眼，不能看见，塞住他们的心，不能明白。

光来到世间，世人因自己的行为是恶的，不爱光，倒爱黑暗，定他们的罪就是在此。凡作恶的便恨光，并不来就光，恐怕他的行为受责备。

耶稣说：“我为审判到这世上来，叫不能看见的，可以看见；能看见的，反瞎了眼。”同他在那里的法利赛人听见这话，就说：“难道我们也瞎了眼吗？”耶稣对他们说：“你们若瞎了眼，就没有罪了；但如今你们说‘我们能看见’，所以你们的罪还在。”

就是你亲眼看见的大试验和神迹，并那些大奇事。但耶和华到今日没有使你们心能明白，眼能看见，耳能听见。

“你们这耳聋的，听吧！你们这眼瞎的，看吧！使你们能看见。谁比我的仆人眼瞎呢？谁比我差遣的使者耳聋呢？谁瞎眼像那与我和好的？谁瞎眼像耶和华的仆人呢？你看见许多事却不领会，耳朵开通却不听见。”

“但你们的眼睛是有福的，因为看见了；你们的耳朵也是有福的，因为听见了。

耶稣看出来，就说：“你们为什么因为没有饼就议论呢？你们还不省悟，还不明白吗？你们的心还是愚顽吗？你们有眼睛，看不见吗？有耳朵，听不见吗？也不记得吗？
