Then it says,‘ I will return to the home I left.’ When it returns, it finds the house empty, swept clean, and put in order.

他就说：‘我要回到我从前离开了的那房子。’到了之后，看见里面空着，已经打扫干净，粉饰好了，

就说：‘我要回到我离开的那屋里去。’于是它回去，发现那里空着，已被打扫干净，摆设整齐，

於是說：『我要回到我所出來的屋裏去。』到了，就看見裏面空閒，打掃乾淨，修飾好了，

於是他說：『我要回到我原來的屋裏去。』他到了，看見裏面空着，打掃乾淨，修飾好了，

於是他說：『我要回到我原來的屋裏去。』他到了，看見裏面空着，打掃乾淨，修飾好了，

於是牠說，『我要回到老地方。』牠回去後，看見裡面空著，打掃得又乾淨又整齊，

他就說：‘我要回到我從前離開了的那房子。’到了之後，看見裡面空著，已經打掃乾淨，粉飾好了，

便說：「我要回到我所由出的屋裏去」。他來到，見無人居住，打掃乾淨，修飾齊整。

就說：『我要回到我離開的那屋裡去。』於是它回去，發現那裡空著，已被打掃乾淨，擺設整齊，

曰、我將歸所出之室、至、則見其闃寂、掃除、修飾矣、

曰、我將歸所出之室、至、則見其室闃寂、掃除修飾、

乃曰、不如我仍歸所出之室、既至、則見其室空虛、掃除修飾、

則曰：「我將返我故宅。」比至、見其室空空、掃除整潔、粉飾煥然；

Then it says,‘ I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order.

Then it says,‘ I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives there, it finds the house empty. The house has been swept clean and put in order.

Then it says,‘ I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order.

Then it says,‘ I will return to the person I came from.’ So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order.

Then it says,‘ I’ll go back to my house that I came from.’ Returning, it finds the house vacant, swept, and put in order.

Then it says,‘ I will return to my house from which I came’; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order.

Then he says,‘ I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.

Then he saith, I will return into my house whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.

Then it says,‘ I’ll go back to my house that I came from.’ And returning, it finds the house vacant, swept, and put in order.

Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth[ it] empty, swept, and garnished.

Then he says,‘ I will return into my house from which I came out,’ and when he has come back, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.

in which you formerly lived according to this world’s present path, according to the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the ruler of the spirit that is now energizing the sons of disobedience,

( Now Judas said this not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief. As keeper of the money box, he used to steal what was put into it.)

One of the beast’s heads appeared to have been killed, but the lethal wound had been healed. And the whole world followed the beast in amazement;they worshiped the dragon because he had given ruling authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast too, saying:“ Who is like the beast?” and“ Who is able to make war against him?”

he is conceited and understands nothing, but has an unhealthy interest in controversies and verbal disputes. This gives rise to envy, dissension, slanders, evil suspicions,and constant bickering by people corrupted in their minds and deprived of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a way of making a profit.

The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, that he should betray Jesus.

The arrival of the lawless one will be by Satan’s working with all kinds of miracles and signs and false wonders,and with every kind of evil deception directed against those who are perishing, because they found no place in their hearts for the truth so as to be saved.Consequently God sends on them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false.And so all of them who have not believed the truth but have delighted in evil will be condemned.

For certain men have secretly slipped in among you– men who long ago were marked out for the condemnation I am about to describe– ungodly men who have turned the grace of our God into a license for evil and who deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.Now I desire to remind you( even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe.

Those who long to be rich, however, stumble into temptation and a trap and many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.For the love of money is the root of all evils. Some people in reaching for it have strayed from the faith and stabbed themselves with many pains.

But my people did not obey me; Israel did not submit to me.I gave them over to their stubborn desires; they did what seemed right to them.

Now a man named Ananias, together with Sapphira his wife, sold a piece of property.He kept back for himself part of the proceeds with his wife’s knowledge; he brought only part of it and placed it at the apostles’ feet.But Peter said,“ Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back for yourself part of the proceeds from the sale of the land?

Now Simon, when he saw that the Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles’ hands, offered them money,saying,“ Give me this power too, so that everyone I place my hands on may receive the Holy Spirit.”But Peter said to him,“ May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could acquire God’s gift with money!You have no share or part in this matter because your heart is not right before God!Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that he may perhaps forgive you for the intent of your heart.For I see that you are bitterly envious and in bondage to sin.”

and all those who live on the earth will worship the beast, everyone whose name has not been written since the foundation of the world in the book of life belonging to the Lamb who was killed.If anyone has an ear, he had better listen!

And after Judas took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him,“ What you are about to do, do quickly.”

The seed sown on rocky ground is the person who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy.But he has no root in himself and does not endure; when trouble or persecution comes because of the word, immediately he falls away.The seed sown among thorns is the person who hears the word, but worldly cares and the seductiveness of wealth choke the word, so it produces nothing.

For there must in fact be divisions among you, so that those of you who are approved may be evident.

When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his possessions are safe.But when a stronger man attacks and conquers him, he takes away the first man’s armor on which the man relied and divides up his plunder.

They approach him, all the while plotting against him. Their hearts are like an oven; their anger smolders all night long, but in the morning it bursts into a flaming fire.

They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us, because if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us. But they went out from us to demonstrate that all of them do not belong to us.

How else can someone enter a strong man’s house and steal his property, unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can thoroughly plunder the house.
