“总督大人，我们记得那个骗子生前曾说，‘三天之后，我必复活。’所以请你命人看守坟墓三天，以防祂的门徒偷走祂的尸体，然后对百姓说祂已经从死里复活。这样的迷惑会比以前的更厉害！”

耶稣回答说：“你们拆毁这座殿，我三天之内会把它重建起来。”

他们将杀害祂，第三天祂将复活。”门徒听了，十分忧愁。

“我遭遇患难的时候向你求告，你就应允我。我在阴间的深处呼求你，你也垂听我的声音。你把我抛进深海，茫茫大海把我吞没，你的巨浪洪涛淹没我。我心想，你已经驱逐我离开你的面，但我要再瞻仰你的圣殿。波涛环绕我，深渊吞没我，海草缠绕着我的头。我下沉到山的根基，大地的门把我永远关住；然而，我的上帝耶和华啊，你却把我的性命从深坑中拯救出来。

“你这声称把圣殿拆毁又在三天内重建的人啊，救救自己吧！你要是上帝的儿子，就从十字架上下来吧！”

那些图谋毁灭我的人必下到阴间。

耶稣说：“狐狸有洞，飞鸟有窝，人子却没有安枕之处。”
