勇士抢去的岂能夺回？被残暴者掳掠的岂能得解救呢？

那一千年满了，撒但会从监牢里被释放，出来要迷惑地上四方的列国，就是歌革和玛各，使他们聚集争战。他们的人数多如海沙。他们上来布满了全地，围住圣徒的营与蒙爱的城，就有火从天降下，烧灭了他们。

因此，我要使他与位大的同份，与强盛的均分掳物。因为他倾倒自己的生命，以至于死，也列在罪犯之中。他却担当多人的罪，为他们的过犯代求。

我又看见一位天使从天降下，手里拿着无底坑的钥匙和一条大铁链。他抓住那龙，那古蛇，就是魔鬼、撒但，把它捆绑了一千年，扔在无底坑里，把无底坑关闭，用印封上，使它不再迷惑列国，等到那一千年满了。这些事以后，它必须暂时被释放。

天上发生了争战。米迦勒同他的使者与龙作战，龙同它的使者也起来应战，它们都打败了，天上再也没有它们的地方。大龙就是那古蛇，名叫魔鬼，又叫撒但，是迷惑普天下的；它被摔在地上，它的使者也一同被摔下去。我听见在天上有大声音说：“我上帝的救恩、能力、国度，和他所立的基督的权柄现在都来到了。因为那个在我们上帝面前、昼夜控告我们弟兄的，已经被摔下去了。

犯罪的是出于魔鬼，因为魔鬼从起初就犯罪。上帝的儿子显现出来，是为了要毁灭魔鬼的作为。
