如果不先把壮汉绑起来，怎能进到他的家里，抢夺财物呢？如果绑起来了，就可以抢劫他的家了。

人怎么能进入一个壮士的家抢夺他的东西呢？如果不先把那壮士捆住，就不能抢夺他的家。

人怎能進壯士家裏，搶奪他的家具呢？除非先捆住那壯士，才可以搶奪他的家財。

何能入勇士之室、劫其器用、非先縛勇士、後劫其室乎、

何以入勇士之室、劫其家具乎、必先縛勇士、而後可劫其室、

人何以能入勇士之室、而刼其家具乎、非先縛勇士、而後刼其室乎、

夫壯士戎裝整備、以守其宅、則其財富、賴以無恙。倘有較強者、襲而勝之、則盡奪其所恃之武器、而分其貲矣。

凡欲入壯士之室、而刧其所藏者、未有不先縛其人、而後掠其室者也。

千秋之期既滿、沙殫又將被釋出獄、熒惑四方邦國、慫慂高谷及馬高各動員作戰、數如海濱之沙、橫行天下、包圍眾聖之營、及蒙寵之城。乃有火、自天而降、吞滅群逆；

又見一天神手執深壑之管籥、及一大鐵索、自天而降；執龍而縛之。龍者、即古昔之蛇、亦名妖魔沙殫。至是縛之千載、投之深壑、封而緘之、使於千載之內無得迷惑萬國、後當暫釋。

時天上發生大戰、彌厄爾率領所屬天神、出與龍戰；龍亦率其天神與之交綏。不克、從此天上不復有若輩立足之地。於是巨龍下墜；巨龍者、即古時、之蛇、名曰妖魔、沙殫、熒惑全世者是；彼與其天神、俱被逐至地。至是吾聞大音自天而發曰：「彼日夜不輟、訟我兄弟於天主前者、已被貶逐。天主救恩權威與統治之完成、及其基督之秉鈞、其時已屆。

作惡者、則出於自始作惡之魔鬼。而天主聖子之降世、正為掃蕩魔鬼之惡業也。
