“ Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I take great delight. I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.

「看哪，我所揀選的僕人，我所愛的，心所喜悅的。我要把我的靈賜給他，他要向外邦人宣揚審判的事。

試觀我僕、乃我所選、所愛、而心悅者、我將以我神賦之、彼將以義示異邦、

視我僕也、我選擇之、我愛其人、我心喜之、我將以我神賦之、而彼以法示異邦人、

視我之僕、我所選擇、我之所愛、我心所悅者、我將以我之神賦之、彼以真法示於異邦人、

『斯乃吾僕、吾所簡擢；吾愛所鍾、吾心所樂；賦以吾神、宣義萬族；

“ Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.

“ Here is my servant. I have chosen him. He is the one I love. I am very pleased with him. I will put my Spirit on him. He will announce to the nations that everything will be made right.

“ Behold, my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved with whom my soul is well pleased. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the Gentiles.

“ Look at my Servant, whom I have chosen. He is my Beloved, who pleases me. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.

Here is my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.

“ Behold, My Servant whom I have chosen; My Beloved in whom My soul delights; I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He will proclaim justice to the Gentiles.

“ Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen, My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased! I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He will declare justice to the Gentiles.

Behold, my servant whom I have chosen; My beloved in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my Spirit upon him, And he shall declare judgment to the Gentiles.

Here is My Servant whom I have chosen, My beloved in whom My soul delights; I will put My Spirit on Him, and He will proclaim justice to the nations.

Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.

“ Behold, my servant whom I have chosen; my beloved in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my Spirit on him. He will proclaim justice to the nations.

“ Here is my servant whom I support, my chosen one in whom I take pleasure. I have placed my spirit on him; he will make just decrees for the nations.

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and the regaining of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed,

with respect to Jesus from Nazareth, that God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with him.

For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he does not give the Spirit sparingly.

This desolation will continue until new life is poured out on us from heaven. Then the desert will become an orchard and the orchard will be considered a forest.Justice will settle down in the desert and fairness will live in the orchard.

For he received honor and glory from God the Father, when that voice was conveyed to him by the Majestic Glory:“ This is my dear Son, in whom I am delighted.”

He delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of the Son he loves,

and thus the Gentiles glorify God for his mercy. As it is written,“ Because of this I will confess you among the Gentiles, and I will sing praises to your name.”And again it says:“ Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.”And again,“ Praise the Lord all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples praise him.”And again Isaiah says,“ The root of Jesse will come, and the one who rises to rule over the Gentiles, in him will the Gentiles hope.”

The spirit of the sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has chosen me. He has commissioned me to encourage the poor, to help the brokenhearted, to decree the release of captives, and the freeing of prisoners,to announce the year when the LORD will show his favor, the day when our God will seek vengeance, to console all who mourn,to strengthen those who mourn in Zion, by giving them a turban, instead of ashes, oil symbolizing joy, instead of mourning, a garment symbolizing praise, instead of discouragement. They will be called oaks of righteousness, trees planted by the LORD to reveal his splendor.

After Jesus was baptized, just as he was coming up out of the water, the heavens opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming on him.And a voice from heaven said,“ This is my one dear Son; in him I take great delight.”

While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said,“ This is my one dear Son, in whom I take great delight. Listen to him!”

So now the LORD says, the one who formed me from birth to be his servant– he did this to restore Jacob to himself, so that Israel might be gathered to him; and I will be honored in the LORD’s sight, for my God is my source of strength–he says,“ Is it too insignificant a task for you to be my servant, to reestablish the tribes of Jacob, and restore the remnant of Israel? I will make you a light to the nations, so you can bring my deliverance to the remote regions of the earth.”

Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh– who are called“ uncircumcision” by the so- called“ circumcision” that is performed on the body by human hands–that you were at that time without the Messiah, alienated from the citizenship of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.But now in Christ Jesus you who used to be far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

“ A protector comes to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their rebellious deeds,” says the LORD.“ As for me, this is my promise to them,” says the LORD.“ My spirit, who is upon you, and my words, which I have placed in your mouth, will not depart from your mouth or from the mouths of your children and descendants from this time forward,” says the LORD.

Both Paul and Barnabas replied courageously,“ It was necessary to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles.For this is what the Lord has commanded us:‘ I have appointed you to be a light for the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”When the Gentiles heard this, they began to rejoice and praise the word of the Lord, and all who had been appointed for eternal life believed.

Then I said,“ LORD, you give me strength and protect me. You are the one I can run to for safety when I am in trouble. Nations from all over the earth will come to you and say,‘ Our ancestors had nothing but false gods– worthless idols that could not help them at all.

And a voice came from heaven:“ You are my one dear Son; in you I take great delight.”

The LORD’s spirit will rest on him– a spirit that gives extraordinary wisdom, a spirit that provides the ability to execute plans, a spirit that produces absolute loyalty to the LORD.

“ Look, my servant will succeed! He will be elevated, lifted high, and greatly exalted–

I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending youto open their eyes so that they turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a share among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

Then you spoke through a vision to your faithful followers and said:“ I have energized a warrior; I have raised up a young man from the people.

who though he existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped,but emptied himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by sharing in human nature.

For, look, darkness covers the earth and deep darkness covers the nations, but the LORD shines on you; his splendor appears over you.Nations come to your light, kings to your bright light.

Listen to me, you coastlands! Pay attention, you people who live far away! The LORD summoned me from birth; he commissioned me when my mother brought me into the world.He made my mouth like a sharp sword, he hid me in the hollow of his hand; he made me like a sharpened arrow, he hid me in his quiver.He said to me,“ You are my servant, Israel, through whom I will reveal my splendor.”

to the praise of the glory of his grace that he has freely bestowed on us in his dearly loved Son.

So as you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but chosen and priceless in God’s sight,

Nations will see your vindication, and all kings your splendor. You will be called by a new name that the LORD himself will give you.

Now this secret was not disclosed to people in former generations as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit,namely, that through the gospel the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.I became a servant of this gospel according to the gift of God’s grace that was given to me by the exercise of his power.To me– less than the least of all the saints– this grace was given, to proclaim to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ

Listen now, Joshua the high priest, both you and your colleagues who are sitting before you, all of you are a symbol that I am about to introduce my servant, the Branch.

When they heard this, they ceased their objections and praised God, saying,“ So then, God has granted the repentance that leads to life even to the Gentiles.”

The people also stood there watching, but the rulers ridiculed him, saying,“ He saved others. Let him save himself if he is the Christ of God, his chosen one!”

and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven,“ You are my one dear Son; in you I take great delight.”

When they arrived and gathered the church together, they reported all the things God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith for the Gentiles.

Then John testified,“ I saw the Spirit descending like a dove from heaven, and it remained on him.And I did not recognize him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water said to me,‘ The one on whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining– this is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’I have both seen and testified that this man is the Chosen One of God.”

that you have prepared in the presence of all peoples:a light, for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.”

Then a cloud overshadowed them, and a voice came from the cloud,“ This is my one dear Son. Listen to him!”

Then a voice came from the cloud, saying,“ This is my Son, my Chosen One. Listen to him!”

Having suffered, he will reflect on his work, he will be satisfied when he understands what he has done.“ My servant will acquit many, for he carried their sins.
