会堂里有一个人，他的一只手枯干了。有人问耶稣：“在安息日治病，可以吗？”目的是要控告耶稣。

適有枯一手者在焉。或試耶穌曰：『禮日可治病乎？』將欲假端以攻之。

and a man with a shriveled hand was there. Looking for a reason to bring charges against Jesus, they asked him,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”

A man with a weak and twisted hand was there. The Pharisees were trying to accuse Jesus of a crime. So they asked him,“ Does the Law allow us to heal on the Sabbath day?”

And a man was there with a withered hand. And they asked him,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”— so that they might accuse him.

where he noticed a man with a deformed hand. The Pharisees asked Jesus,“ Does the law permit a person to work by healing on the Sabbath?”( They were hoping he would say yes, so they could bring charges against him.)

There he saw a man who had a shriveled hand, and in order to accuse him they asked him,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”

And a man was there whose hand was withered. And they questioned Jesus, asking,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”— so that they might bring charges against Him.

And behold, there was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked Him, saying,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”— that they might accuse Him.

and behold, a man having a withered hand. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? that they might accuse him.

There He saw a man who had a paralyzed hand. And in order to accuse Him they asked Him,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”

And, behold, there was a man which had[ his] hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.

A man was there who had a withered hand. And they asked Jesus,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?” so that they could accuse him.

And behold there was a man with a withered hand. They asked him,“ Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath day?” that they might accuse him.

会堂的主管，因为耶稣在安息日治病，就气忿忿地对群众说：“有六天是应当作工的，你们可以在这六天里来求医，但在安息日却不可以。”

有几个法利赛人说：“那个人不是从神那里来的，因为他不守安息日。”另外有些人说：“一个罪人怎能行这样的神迹呢？”他们就起了纷争。

请把你的意见告诉我们，纳税给凯撒，可不可以呢？”耶稣看出他们的恶意，就说：“虚伪的人，为什么试探我呢？

因此犹太人对那医好了的人说：“今天是安息日，你拿着褥子是不可以的。”

他们说这话是要试探耶稣，要找把柄来控告他。耶稣却弯下身，用指头在地上写字。

等机会从他的口中找把柄。

“那丢弃羊群的无用牧人有祸了！愿刀剑落在他的膀臂和他的右眼上；愿他的膀臂全然枯槁，愿他的右眼完全失明！”

耶罗波安王听见神人向伯特利的祭坛喊叫的话，就从祭坛上伸手，说：“抓住他！”王向他伸出的手却瘫痪了，不能缩回来。祭坛也破裂了，灰从祭坛上倾撒下来，好像神人奉耶和华的命令所提出的预兆一样。王对神人说：“求你为我向耶和华你的神求情，又为我祷告，使我的手复原。”于是神人向耶和华求情，王的手就复了原，像起先一样。

法利赛人看见了，就对他说：“你看，你的门徒作了安息日不可作的事。”

控告他说：“我们查出这个人煽惑我们的同胞，阻止纳税给凯撒，并且自称是基督，是王。”

没有人按公义求告，没有人凭诚实争辩；他们都倚靠虚无，说虚谎的话；所怀的是毒害，所生的是罪孽。

另一个安息日，耶稣进入会堂教导人，在那里有一个人，右手枯干，经学家和法利赛人要看他会不会在安息日治病，好找把柄控告他。

在那里躺着许多病人，有瞎眼的、瘸腿的和瘫痪的。（有些抄本有以下一段：“他们等候水动，

就是悖逆、否认耶和华，转去不跟从我们的神，说欺压和背道的话，心里怀着谎言，随即说出来；

我们纳税给凯撒可以不可以？”

对他们说：“你们把这人押到我这里来，说他煽惑群众，我已经在你们面前审讯过，在他身上一点也找不到你们控告他的罪状，

耶稣对律法师和法利赛人说：“在安息日治病，可以不可以呢？”他们却不出声。耶稣扶着病人，治好他，叫他走了，就对他们说：“你们中间谁的儿子或牛在安息日掉在井里，不立刻把他拉上来呢？”他们不能回答这些话。

因为愚顽人说的是愚顽话，他心里所想的是罪孽，惯行亵渎神的事，说错谬的话攻击耶和华，使饥饿的人仍空着肚子，使口渴的人仍无水可喝。

法利赛人前来试探耶稣，说：“人根据某些理由休妻，可以吗？”
