Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me.”

And he added,“ God blesses those who do not fall away because of me.”

and blessed is the one who isn’t offended by me.”

And blessed is any person who does not take offense at Me.”

And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”

And if anyone is not offended because of Me, he is blessed.”

And blessed is[ he], whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Blessed is anyone who takes no offense at me.”

Blessed is he who finds no occasion for stumbling in me.”

Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged.

And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.And many shall stumble thereon, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended in me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

Then came the disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, when they heard this saying?But he answered and said, Every plant which my heavenly Father planted not, shall be rooted up.Let them alone: they are blind guides. And if the blind guide the blind, both shall fall into a pit.

and Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the falling and the rising of many in Israel; and for a sign which is spoken against;

Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by works. They stumbled at the stone of stumbling;even as it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence: And he that believeth on him shall not be put to shame.

Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joseph, and Simon, and Judas?And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and in his own house.

and, A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence; for they stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

Woe unto the world because of occasions of stumbling! for it must needs be that the occasions come; but woe to that man through whom the occasion cometh!

Blessed are they that are perfect in the way, Who walk in the law of Jehovah.

Many therefore of his disciples, when they heard this, said, This is a hard saying; who can hear it?But Jesus knowing in himself that his disciples murmured at this, said unto them, Doth this cause you to stumble?
