For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Serving me is easy, and my load is light.”

For this is what love for God is: to keep his commands. And his commands are not a burden,

I am able to do all things through him who strengthens me.

For freedom, Christ set us free. Stand firm, then, and don’t submit again to a yoke of slavery.

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Now then, why are you testing God by putting a yoke on the disciples’ necks that neither our ancestors nor we have been able to bear?

Her ways are pleasant, and all her paths, peaceful.

For it was the Holy Spirit’s decision— and ours— not to place further burdens on you beyond these requirements:

He comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any kind of affliction, through the comfort we ourselves receive from God.For just as the sufferings of Christ overflow to us, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.

For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory.
