And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God[ to be] the Judge of quick and dead.

Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway,[ even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

That thou keep[ this] commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
