信的人必有神迹随着他们，就是奉我的名赶鬼；说新方言；手能拿蛇；若喝了什么毒物，也必不受害；手按病人，病人就必好了。”

我要将我父所应许的降在你们身上，你们要在城里等候，直到你们领受从上头来的能力。”

我已经给你们权柄可以践踏蛇和蝎子，又胜过仇敌一切的能力，断没有什么能害你们。

但圣灵降临在你们身上，你们就必得着能力，并要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地，和撒玛利亚，直到地极，作我的见证。”

约翰说：“若不是从天上赐的，人就不能得什么。

你们杀了那生命的主，神却叫他从死里复活了；我们都是为这事作见证。我们因信他的名，他的名便叫你们所看见所认识的这人健壮了；正是他所赐的信心，叫这人在你们众人面前全然好了。

天上现出大异象来：有一个妇人身披日头，脚踏月亮，头戴十二星的冠冕。

正如你曾赐给他权柄管理凡有血气的，叫他将永生赐给你所赐给他的人。

到了晚上，耶稣和十二个门徒坐席。

耶稣又对他们说：“愿你们平安！父怎样差遣了我，我也照样差遣你们。”说了这话，就向他们吹一口气，说：“你们受圣灵！你们赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就赦免了；你们留下谁的罪，谁的罪就留下了。”

父爱子，已将万有交在他手里。

耶稣说：“我实在告诉你们，你们这跟从我的人，到复兴的时候，人子坐在他荣耀的宝座上，你们也要坐在十二个宝座上，审判以色列十二个支派。

不叫我们遇见试探；救我们脱离凶恶。因为国度、权柄、荣耀，全是你的，直到永远。阿们！’”

说话之间，那十二个门徒里的犹大来了，并有许多人带着刀棒，从祭司长和民间的长老那里与他同来。
