People used to say she was barren, but she has conceived a son and is now in her sixth month.For the word of God will never fail.”Mary responded,“ I am the Lord’s servant. May everything you have said about me come true.” And then the angel left her.

He is the kind of high priest we need because he is holy and blameless, unstained by sin. He has been set apart from sinners and has been given the highest place of honor in heaven.

Can any mortal be pure? Can anyone born of a woman be just?

“ How kind the Lord is!” she exclaimed.“ He has taken away my disgrace of having no children.”
