You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the entire nation of you!

因你们通国的人都夺取我的供物，咒诅就临到你们身上。

因你们全国上下都抢夺我的供物，诅咒就临到你们身上。

因你们全国上下都抢夺我的供物，诅咒就临到你们身上。

举国上下都是如此，所以你们必受咒诅。”

你们要受严厉的咒诅，因你们全国的人都抢夺了属我之物。”

你们受严厉的诅咒，是因为你们在抢夺我，你们全国的人都在抢夺我。”

因你們通國的人都奪取我的供物，咒詛就臨到你們身上。

因你們全國上下都搶奪我的供物，詛咒就臨到你們身上。

因你們全國上下都搶奪我的供物，詛咒就臨到你們身上。

舉國上下都是如此，所以你們必受咒詛。」

你們要受嚴厲的咒詛，因你們全國的人都搶奪了屬我之物。”

你們被咒詛所咒詛，是因為你們、你們全國的人、搶奪的乃是我！

你們受嚴厲的詛咒，是因為你們在搶奪我，你們全國的人都在搶奪我。」

爾受詛矣、蓋舉國行竊於我也、

爾曹通國之民、無不欺予、故服咒詛、

爾曹通國之民被咒詛、乃因欺我故、

You are under a curse— your whole nation— because you are robbing me.

So you are under my curse. In fact, your whole nation is under my curse. That is because you are robbing me.

You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing me, the whole nation of you.

You are under a curse, for your whole nation has been cheating me.

You are suffering under a curse, yet you— the whole nation— are still robbing me.

You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation.

Ye are cursed with the curse; for ye rob me, even this whole nation.

You are bound for judgment because you are robbing me– this whole nation is guilty.

Then Haggai responded and said,“ ‘ So is this people. And so is this nation before Me,’ declares the Lord,‘ and so is every work of their hands; and what they offer there is unclean.But now, do consider from this day onward: before one stone was placed on another in the temple of the Lord,from that time when one came to a grain heap of twenty measures, there would be only ten; and when one came to the wine vat to draw fifty measures, there would be only twenty.I struck you and every work of your hands with scorching wind, mildew, and hail; yet you did not come back to Me,’ declares the Lord.

If you do not listen, and if you do not take it to heart to give honor to My name,” says the Lord of armies,“ then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings; and indeed, I have cursed them already, because you are not taking it to heart.

“ But it shall come about, if you do not obey the Lord your God, to be careful to follow all His commandments and His statutes which I am commanding you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:“ Cursed will you be in the city, and cursed will you be in the country.“ Cursed will be your basket and your kneading bowl.“ Cursed will be the children of your womb, the produce of your ground, the newborn of your herd, and the offspring of your flock.“ Cursed will you be when you come in, and cursed will you be when you go out.

You have sown much, only to harvest little; you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied; you drink, but there is not enough to become drunk; you put on clothing, but there is not enough for anyone to get warm; and the one who earns, earns wages to put into a money bag full of holes.”The Lord of armies says this:“ Consider your ways!Go up to the mountains, bring wood, and rebuild the temple, that I may be pleased with it and be honored,” says the Lord.“ You start an ambitious project, but behold, it comes to little; when you bring it home, I blow it away. Why?” declares the Lord of armies.“ It is because of My house which remains desolate, while each of you runs to his own house.Therefore, because of you the sky has withheld its dew, and the earth has withheld its produce.And I called for a drought on the land, on the mountains, on the grain, on the new wine, on the oil, on what the ground produces, on mankind, on cattle, and on all the products of the labor of your hands.”

Therefore the sons of Israel cannot stand against their enemies; they turn their backs before their enemies, because they have become designated for destruction. I will not be with you anymore unless you eliminate from your midst the things designated for destruction.Stand up! Consecrate the people and say,‘ Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, because the Lord, the God of Israel, has said this:“ There are things designated for destruction in your midst, Israel. You cannot stand against your enemies until you have removed the designated things from your midst.”

So I will profane the officials of the sanctuary, And I will turn Jacob over to destruction and Israel to abuse.

Did Achan the son of Zerah not act unfaithfully in the things designated for destruction, and wrath fall on the entire congregation of Israel? So that man did not perish alone in his guilt.’ ”
