Jesus said to him,“ Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”

“ Write to the angel of the church in Sardis:“ The One who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars says: I know your works; you have a reputation for being alive, but you are dead.

Proclaim the message; persist in it whether convenient or not; rebuke, correct, and encourage with great patience and teaching.

But as for you, be serious about everything, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

From now on, then, we do not know anyone in a purely human way. Even if we have known Christ in a purely human way, yet now we no longer know Him in this way.Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come.Everything is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:

For if I preach the gospel, I have no reason to boast, because an obligation is placed on me. And woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!

And you were dead in your trespasses and sins

made us alive with the Messiah even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace!
