Once Jesus and those who were with him were walking along the road. A man said to Jesus,“ I will follow you no matter where you go.”

As they were walking along the road, a man said to him,“ I will follow you wherever you go.”

As they were going along the road, someone said to him,“ I will follow you wherever you go.”

As they were walking along, someone said to Jesus,“ I will follow you wherever you go.”

As they were traveling on the road someone said to him,“ I will follow you wherever you go.”

As they were going on the road, someone said to Him,“ I will follow You wherever You go.”

Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him,“ Lord, I will follow You wherever You go.”

And as they went on the way, a certain man said unto him, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain[ man] said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

Once Jesus and those who were with him were walking along the road. A man said to Jesus,“ I will follow you no matter where you go.”Jesus replied,“ Foxes have dens. Birds have nests. But the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”He said to another man,“ Follow me.” But the man replied,“ Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”Jesus said to him,“ Let dead people bury their own dead. You go and tell others about God’s kingdom.”

“ Lord,” Peter asked,“ why can’t I follow you now? I will give my life for you.”

Then a teacher of the law came to him. He said,“ Teacher, I will follow you no matter where you go.”Jesus replied,“ Foxes have dens. Birds have nests. But the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”Another follower said to him,“ Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”But Jesus told him,“ Follow me. Let the dead bury their own dead.”

All the people answered together. They said,“ We will do everything the Lord has said.” So Moses brought their answer back to the Lord.

The time grew near for Jesus to be taken up to heaven. So he made up his mind to go to Jerusalem.
