And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.While he clung to Peter and John, all the people, utterly astounded, ran together to them in the portico called Solomon’s.And when Peter saw it he addressed the people:“ Men of Israel, why do you wonder at this, or why do you stare at us, as though by our own power or piety we have made him walk?The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him.

For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish that they had taken,

For we did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

And they were all amazed and said to one another,“ What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

Thus says the Lord of hosts: If it is marvelous in the sight of the remnant of this people in those days, should it also be marvelous in my sight, declares the Lord of hosts?

And amazement seized them all, and they glorified God and were filled with awe, saying,“ We have seen extraordinary things today.”

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.
