But if not, it will return to you.And remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they provide, for the laborer deserves his wages. Do not go from house to house.Whenever you enter a town and they receive you, eat what is set before you.Heal the sick in it and say to them,‘ The kingdom of God has come near to you.’But whenever you enter a town and they do not receive you, go into its streets and say,‘ Even the dust of your town that clings to our feet we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God has come near.’I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom than for that town.

Acquire no gold or silver or copper for your belts,no bag for your journey, or two tunics or sandals or a staff, for the laborer deserves his food.And whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy in it and stay there until you depart.As you enter the house, greet it.And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you.And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town.

And he answered them,“ Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.”

He charged them to take nothing for their journey except a staff— no bread, no bag, no money in their belts—but to wear sandals and not put on two tunics.And he said to them,“ Whenever you enter a house, stay there until you depart from there.And if any place will not receive you and they will not listen to you, when you leave, shake off the dust that is on your feet as a testimony against them.”

No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.

And Levi made him a great feast in his house, and there was a large company of tax collectors and others reclining at table with them.

But if God so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!

And he said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on.
