原來神所造的一切都是美好的；如果以感謝的心領受，就什麼也不用丟棄，因為藉著神的話語、藉著代求，這些都被分別為聖了。

有幾條別的小船從太巴列城來，靠近主祝謝後眾人吃餅的地方。

於是拿起這七個餅和幾條小魚，祝謝以後，掰開，不斷遞給門徒們，他們又分給眾人。

說完這些話，保羅就拿起餅，在大家面前感謝神，然後掰開來，開始吃。

我要向群山舉目，我的幫助從哪裡來？我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來！

然後望天噓了一口氣，對他說：「以法達！」——這意思是「開了吧」。

祝謝了，就掰開，說：「這是我的身體，為了你們的緣故；你們應當如此行，為的是記念我。」

如果我懷著感恩的心領受，難道有什麼能使我為所感謝的東西而受到毀謗嗎？
