Then Jesus took her by the hand and said in a loud voice,“ My child, get up!”

But he took her by the hand and said,“ My child, get up!”

But taking her by the hand he called, saying,“ Child, arise.”

So he took her by the hand and called out,“ Child, get up!”

He, however, took her by the hand and spoke forcefully, saying,“ Child, arise!”

But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying,“ Little girl, arise.”

But he, taking her by the hand, called, saying, Maiden, arise.

So He took her by the hand and called out,“ Child, get up!”

And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.

But Jesus gently took her by the hand and said,“ Child, get up.”

But he put them all outside, and taking her by the hand, he called, saying,“ Child, arise!”

So he went to her bedside, took her by the hand, and helped her sit up. Then the fever left her, and she prepared a meal for them.

Then Jesus shouted,“ Lazarus, come out!”

When they arrived at the house, Jesus wouldn’t let anyone go in with him except Peter, John, James, and the little girl’s father and mother.

The crowd laughed at him. But he made them all leave, and he took the girl’s father and mother and his three disciples into the room where the girl was lying.Holding her hand, he said to her,“ Talitha koum,” which means“ Little girl, get up!”

Then he walked over to the coffin and touched it, and the bearers stopped.“ Young man,” he said,“ I tell you, get up.”Then the dead boy sat up and began to talk! And Jesus gave him back to his mother.

For just as the Father gives life to those he raises from the dead, so the Son gives life to anyone he wants.

This covenant will not be like the one I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand and brought them out of the land of Egypt. They broke that covenant, though I loved them as a husband loves his wife,” says the Lord.

But Peter asked them all to leave the room; then he knelt and prayed. Turning to the body he said,“ Get up, Tabitha.” And she opened her eyes! When she saw Peter, she sat up!

After the crowd was put outside, however, Jesus went in and took the girl by the hand, and she stood up!

Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. Then, spitting on the man’s eyes, he laid his hands on him and asked,“ Can you see anything now?”

Don’t be so surprised! Indeed, the time is coming when all the dead in their graves will hear the voice of God’s Son,and they will rise again. Those who have done good will rise to experience eternal life, and those who have continued in evil will rise to experience judgment.

But Jesus took him by the hand and helped him to his feet, and he stood up.

That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him,“ I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who creates new things out of nothing.
